Delivery and returns

Delivery

Delivery is free on every order to any address in the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend.

Most pieces are made to order. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time, usually between one and four weeks. Order well ahead of your date: we recommend allowing your order to arrive at least two weeks before your event.

Pieces in the same order can arrive in separate parcels, on different days. We email you when your order is dispatched.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, for any reason. It must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.

Write to support@aisleandroses.com with your order number first: we send you the return address. If you have changed your mind, the cost of sending the item back is yours. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it.

Pieces made to your own wording, such as a custom neon sign, can be returned only if they arrive faulty or damaged.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of the day your return reaches us, to the payment method you used.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the parcel and the item before you unpack any further, and write to us with your order number. We replace the item or refund you.
